Quality Meet in Association with IISU
NIQR Trivandrum Branch organised a Quality Meet in association with IISU (ISRO Inertial Systems Unit) on Thursday, 25thMay 2023at ISRO Inertial Systems Unit, Vattiyoorkavu, Thiruvananthapuram. There were participants from the Executive Committee of Trivandrum Branch and from IISU & CMSE.
There were four technical talks in the evening by

Dr.Sini Pillai, Assistant Professor in Digital University started the proceedings with the phrase, ‘You have to dream before your dreams come true’. She gave a talk on “Design for Quality; Design for Reliability; A Design Thinking Approach” stressing that Design is the root of all quality and reliability embedded in process and product.
Shri. Krishnanandan, DD SR, LPSC delivered a lecture on lessons learnt in “Flow Control components for Liquid propulsion system for spacecraft and launch vehicle applications”.
Shri K. S. Mani, Dy Ditector and Former Associate Director delivered a lecture on lessons learnt in “Inertial Systems for launch vehicle and spacecraft applications”.
Shri S. Paul Pandian delivered a lecture on “Towards Prognostics and Health Management of Reaction wheel actuators for Spacecraft autonomy”
The engineers and technical assistants from IISUand NIQR EC members had participated and benefitted.
