Brainstorming Session Of NIQR

NIQR Head Quarters organised a brainstorming session on 28th October 2018 at Grand Chennai by GRT Hotels. After the AGM in September, it was decided in the EC Meeting of NIQR HQ that we should expand from a manufacturing base to include service sectors like Healthcare, IT, Hospitality industries.

The session was well attended and the interaction level was very high.

Mr. K. Manikandan, National Vice President, NIQR had sent a presentation well in advance to members of HQ and all branches about the areas to be focused.

He set the tone for the session with a briefing about the verticals that can be formed and the points to be taken up for deliberations and action plans arrived at; he briefed about the verticals and also gave a plan of action model to be presented at the end of deliberations by coordinators of the verticals.

Mr. S. Rajasekaran, National President, Mr. P. K. Aggarwal, Past Nation President and many of senior members shared their views on the session.

After nearly one hour of discussions within the groups, the coordinators presented their action plans.
