Awards Function
The NIQR Awards Function was held on 16yh September, 2023 at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai. NIQR Awards are presented during the NIQR Global Quality Convention.
The Awards Function started with Mr. S Murali Shankar, National President, NIQR welcoming the Awardees and Guests.
Guest of Honour, Shri. Ravi Kant, Former MD & Vice Chairman, Tata Motors Limited presented how the whole context of even war fields have changed with the advent of technology in his Keynote Address
Chief Guest, Shri. V. Kamakoti, Director, IIT Madras in his address showcased the importance of technology leadership for India’s aspirations to become a Global Super Power.
Dr. V Swaminathan, Senior National Vice President, NIQR spoke about the various awards giving details about the Awards, selection criteria and this year’s Awardees.
Shri. V. Kamakoti and Shri. Ravi Kant then honoured the Awardees with shawls and presented them with the Awards after the respective citations were read out.
The Award Function came to an end with Mr. V. Raghavan, National Treasurer, NIQR proposing the Vote of Thanks.
