NIQR, in association with the Centre for Lean and Six Sigma (CLASS), SRM Institute of Science and Technology, successfully conducted EXCEL 3.0 – A Competition on Business Excellence Projects & Case Studies on 24 July 2026. The event brought together professionals, industry teams and academic participants to showcase innovative projects and best practices across key Continuous Improvement domains, including 5S, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, QC Story, Poka Yoke and Daily Work Management. EXCEL 3.0 provided an excellent platform for knowledge sharing, benchmarking and recognition of excellence, further reinforcing NIQR’s commitment to promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
