Each institutional member may nominate one official representative to participate in NIQR programmes, knowledge initiatives, and professional activities, fostering sustained collaboration and long-term value.

The nominated representative shall not have voting rights or be eligible to contest for Executive Council or committee positions.

Important Membership Guidelines
- Entrance Fee is applicable only at the time of admission (one-time)
- Subscription Fee is applicable for:
- New membership
- Annual renewal
- Renewal of membership requires only subscription payment
- Entrance Fee shall not be applicable in respect of renewal of membership under Individual Annual, Corporate, and Institutional categories, provided such renewal is affected on or before the expiry of the membership validity period.
- In the event of failure to renew the membership within the stipulated time, the membership shall be deemed to have lapsed and any subsequent enrolment shall be treated as a fresh admission, attracting the applicable Entrance Fee.
Membership Process
- All memberships are processed through NIQR Headquarters (Centralised System)
- Members are mapped to their respective regional branches
- Membership confirmation is issued upon successful verification of details and payment
