NIQR continues its commitment to nurturing the next generation of professionals through meaningful engagement with educational institutions. The programme provided students with valuable industry perspectives, practical insights and an appreciation of quality, innovation and continuous learning, inspiring them to become future-ready professionals and responsible leaders.

The journey towards a culture of excellence begins long before the workplace—it begins in the classroom. NIQR engaged 36 young students at Dr. Mangalam High School, Kattankulathur, inspiring them to embrace safety, problem-solving, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement as lifelong values.
The future belongs to those who prepare for it today. The Industry 5.0 Awareness Programme, conducted by NIQR at SRM University on 13 February 2026 by Mr. C.V. Gowrishankar, introduced participants to the emerging era of human-centric manufacturing, smart technologies, and digital transformation, inspiring future engineers to embrace innovation, continuous learning, and manufacturing excellence.

The special lecture on “150 Years of Vande Mataram – Its Relevance Today for Building Viksit Bharat @ 2047,” delivered by Wg Cdr C. Stanley John (Retd.), Director General, NIQR, at NIEPMD on 13 February 2026, highlighted the enduring relevance of national values, responsible citizenship, and collective commitment in realizing the vision of a developed India by 2047.
