“Total Employee Involvement”

The Chennai Branch of National Institution for Quality & Reliability (NIQR) and the CLASS – Centre for Lean And Six Sigma at SRM Institute of Science and Technology. Kattankulathur Campus jointly organized an Industry Preparedness Session. The session aimed to benefit students and scholars at SRM IST Chennai. Mr. G Nedumaran, Executive Committee Member of NIQR Trivandrum Branch, welcomed the audience. Mr. Balachandar K.B. Joint Secretary NIQR Chennai Branch delivered a session on Total Employee Involvement, which was well-received. 

Mr. Vaidhyanathan Kumar, Executive Committee Member of NIQR Chennai Branch shared the activities of NIQR with the participants. Dr. Rajasekaran T Professor Mechanical Engineering, SRM IST delivered the vote of thanks, concluding the session. The whole session was coordinated by Dr. E Vijayaragavan, Treasurer NIQR Chennai Branch & Assistant Professor, Mechanical Engineering, SRM IST.
