Session 1

The first session of the Convention started with Mr. R Sivanesan, Former president- Quality, Services & Parts, Ashok Leyland Ltd., chairing the first session on the topic “Gateway for Global Opportunities”. He stressed that the time now is a golden opportunity for us to grow in a way that the quality of growth and the sustainability of growth re the two key parameters to success.

Mr. C H Nadiger, Regional Director for EEPC INDIA in Southern Region – he analyzed the engineeringexport and total merchandise export in the last few years and the effect of recent war in Europe; he showed confidence in the recovery of engineeringexport recently.
Mr. S. Raghuveeran, Senior Director leading Differentiating Delivery Office, Cognizant– he briefed how one can leverage AI for Quality Assurance with few examples.

Mr. B. Ayyappan, President, Occupant Safety Division, ZF Rane Automotive India Pvt Ltd – explained about the advantage of larger volume for better ROI & the importance of going for exports to have larger volumes.

Dr. P. Kothandaraman, ECM, NIQR Chennai Branch coordinated the session.
