Session 5

The fifth session of the Convention started with Mr. C. Sivakumar, Director / Managing Partner in Roots Industries India Limited & R. V. Industries, chairperson for the session on the topic “Indian Exporters – Success Stories”; he commended on the successful exporters who were pillars of the 450 billion dollars export achieved last year.

Mr. S. Ravishankar, Joint Managing Director of Super Auto Forge Private Limited; he walked through the right things done by SAF towards their success in three phases, namely, initial or developmental phase, consolidation phase & continue to do to grow in export business.

Mr. Sundaram Ramaswamy, Founder and Managing Director of THE SALEM AEROPARK & Aerospace Engineers Pvt. Ltd; he narrated the support and encouragement given by Dr. Abdul Kalam in the initial years in the aerospace for his company.

Dr Murugaiyan Amirthalingam, Associate Professor in the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering (MME), IIT-Madras; he described the work done in 3D printing of implants for post-covid black fungus infected patients.

Mr. Rathina Sabapathy, ECM, NIQR Chennai Branch coordinated the session.
